Stories are powerful.

We have a platform to harness and share them.

Share with us.

Our team is actively recruiting parents who want to tell their stories.

  • Check out the details below to see which article types we are currently recruiting for.

  • Generally speaking, we invite all parents to share. However, there are specific eligibility criteria for each article type. Check below for details.

  • If you meet the criteria listed, contact us! A member of our team will reach out to get you started.

We conduct interviews via email, then edit and format your written responses into a streamlined article. Once you approve, we post the story to our blog.

  • You must be willing and able to clearly and authentically respond to our question prompts in writing. Most stories require a total submission of 1500-2000 words.

Our team handles formatting, copy editing, and posting. We encourage you to share the published article far and wide!

Birth Story Series

Birth is the common factor that unites us as parents, and it looks different for each of us. Our articles showcase all types of birth with emphasis on the issues, emotions, and values that matter most to birth-givers.

Criteria for Storytellers

  • The birth you are sharing about must have happened at least 6 months but not more than 10 years ago.

  • You must have the willingness and capacity to be reflective about your experience.

  • You must be able to answer “yes” to the following questions.

    • Can you identify and discuss something positive about your experience, even if overall you don’t feel your experience was positive?

    • Can you discuss your experience, choices, and perspective in way that doesn’t judge or criticize others’ experiences, choices, and perspectives?

Does your birth experience feel extremely heavy, raw, or unresolved? Do you frequently experience intrusive or negative thoughts about your birth? Contact us. We can help.
