Sara BhaduriHauck, M. Ed.

Sara is a Certified Birth, Bereavement, and Postpartum Doula and a Certified Lactation Counselor with a professional background in biological sciences and education. She lives with her four children, her husband, and a menagerie of dogs and cats on a small farm in southeastern York County, Pennsylvania. In addition to her work with Rooted Willow Community, Sara supports individual parents and families through her private practice, Mandala Motherhood.

Erica Waskey, Deputy Director of Rooted Willow Community

Erica Waskey, M. Ed.

Erica is a mental health professional and fierce advocate for mental health awareness, specifically focusing on parents and families. She has experience in school counseling, program development and management, education and training, and marketing. Erica holds a master’s degree in school counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology. She currently resides in Bel Air, Maryland with her husband and two toddlers.

Kimberly Lee

Kimberly is a mom to two boys and resides in Cecil County, MD. She has been regularly attending After Baby Club meetings since her first baby was five months old and has been an integral part of growing Rooted Willow Community. Outside of motherhood, Kimberly has extensive experience in retail management and content creation.

Stefanie Leone

Stefanie is a mom to two children and resides in Jarrettsville, MD. She has been regularly attending After Baby Club meetings since her daughter was three weeks old. In addition to her motherhood experience, Stefanie has a bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology.

BOOK CLUB FACILITATOR

Sarah Conklin

Sarah holds an associate degree in psychology and is pursuing further education in marriage and family counseling. She stays home as a full-time mom to four children ranging from teens to a toddler and baby. Sarah focuses much of her energy nurturing healthy, safe relationships and supporting others. She lives in Forest Hill with her husband and children.
