Rooted Willow Community, a parenthood support network

Make friends. Find community. Get support. We’re in this together.

Becoming a parent is a process.

It’s complicated and messy. It will challenge you, amaze you, and change you in ways you never imagined. Luckily, you don’t have to do it alone. Welcome to Rooted Willow Community, a place that you choose and that chooses you back.

Families grow best in the context of community.

Our purpose is to create, sustain, and grow resilient, thriving communities that are readily available and welcoming to all who are navigating the parenting journey.

We support parents at all stages.

Our mission is to help you grow into a more self-aware, empowered, and compassionate version of yourself by extending a sense of belonging, connecting you with tools and resources, and cultivating a safe space. We invite you to find your voice and a deeper sense of yourself, both as a parent and a human.

Our Programs

  • After Baby Club

A safe space where parents can seek and provide peer support without judgment, establish meaningful relationships with peers and local perinatal professionals, and find their voices in parenting. It’s free to join and participate!

  • Book Club

For mothers who are ready to look within, be vulnerable, and dig deep — Rooted Willow Book Club can be the guide that gets you there. Come together with other tender-yet-strong, rewilding women to explore the hard topics and big questions of how to create the life that is authentically and wholly you.

  • Blog

Parents need access to information that is reliable, relevant, unbiased, and evidence-informed. Our team of perinatal and mental health professionals, alongside the authentic experiences and perspectives of real parents, delivers.

  • Community Partners

Mission-aligned organizations support us by donating volunteer hours and/or funding that helps us reach our programmatic goals. In return, we connect partners with our members and support the parts of their missions that align with ours. When one rises, so do we all.

“I can’t say how much the support and connection with other moms has helped. It’s something I truly believe every mom needs.”

— JASMINE P., FIRST TIME MOM TO A MARCH 2021 BABY

“Postpartum was so hard for me. I didn’t have any other moms in my life that could empathize or relate. Here I’ve found a group of friends that I can laugh with one minute and cry with the next.”

— KIM L., FIRST TIME MOM TO A MARCH 2021 BABY

“I wish I found this community sooner. It’s truly an honor to be part of this.”

— MORIAH D., FIRST TIME MOM TO A MARCH 2022 BABY
